This is probably not the healthiest option out there, but once a while... It's simple as all you need is:
- vegetable oil
- eggs (beaten - some people add milk, but I don't - it's a matter of taste what you like better)
Preheat the pan with vegetable oil (not olive oil as it would not be so tasty) and put one side of sliced bread in beaten eggs and fry on oil till golden, then other side into beaten eggs and fry the other side. You don't want to soak the both sides of bread at the same time, as it tastes better when you do it separately. Once done, sprinkle with salt. That's all Folks.
