Sure, you can make Aglio e Olio even without chicken breast, but you can include chicken breast to add some healthy protein into your food. All you need is pasta cooked with salt separately, and then lots of olive oil, lots of garlic and chicken breast, which you make separately and let cool off a bit before you mix with pasta so you keep the pasta 'al dente'. Sprinkle with salt and Parmesan cheese.
