  Currently, due to Covid, Richter Library is not open to public (only students & employees), but you can use the law library, which is right there as well (I didn't feel like reading law books this time though). Unfortunately, they don't seem to have access to some Elsevier journals / books: On a bright side, if they do have physical copy of a book at Richter Library, even though you can't go in, they will bring you the book down for you and let you make some copies :).
